2. מה השירות
כלי מידע ציבוריים בנושאי מס ישראלי: מחשבון מע"מ, מדרגות מס הכנסה, מועדי דיווח ותשלום, אינדקס טפסים ורשימת הכנה לדוח השנתי. השירות ניתן דרך שרת MCP בכתובת mcp.misim.ai ודרך עוזרי AI שמתחברים אליו (למשל Claude). המידע כללי ואינו ייעוץ מס.
3. אין חשבונות
בשרת ה-MCP אין הרשמה, אין כניסה ואין קוקיז. איננו יודעים מי המשתמש.
4. מה קורה למידע שאתם מזינים
חלק מהכלים מקבלים פרטים כגון מצב משפחתי, מספר ילדים, מקורות הכנסה או נסיבות מיוחדות. המידע מעובד בזיכרון לצורך הפקת התשובה בלבד; אינו נשמר, אינו נרשם בלוג, אינו מועבר לצד שלישי ואינו משמש לכל מטרה אחרת. השרת אינו קורא קבצים, זיכרון שיחה או נתונים אחרים מהעוזר שמפעיל אותו.
5. ספק התשתית
השרת מאוחסן ב-Vercel, שעשוי לשמור לוגים טכניים (כתובת IP, זמן בקשה) לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו.
6. עוזר ה-AI שלכם
מה שאתם כותבים ל-Claude, ChatGPT או עוזר אחר כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של אותו ספק, לא שלנו.
7. אתר misim.ai
האתר עצמו משתמש בכלי אנליטיקה (PostHog, Google Analytics) בכפוף להסכמתכם בבאנר הקוקיז. כלים אלה אינם פועלים בשרת ה-MCP.
8. שינויים

9. אשף הדוח השנתי
אשף הדוח השנתי באתר (/misim/tofes-1301) אינו בשירות כרגע. כשיופעל, תפורסם מדיניות נפרדת להעלאת מסמכים.

1. Who we are
MISIM.AI is operated by Lawcount Ltd., owned by Melanie Abramov, CPA. Contact: Melanie@melanie-cpa.com
2. What the service is
Public information tools on Israeli tax: a VAT calculator, income-tax brackets, reporting and payment deadlines, a forms index, and a preparation checklist for the annual return. The service is provided through an MCP server at mcp.misim.ai and through AI assistants that connect to it (Claude, for example). The information is general and is not tax advice.
3. No accounts
The MCP server has no registration, no sign-in and no cookies. We do not know who the user is.
4. What happens to the details you enter
Some of the tools accept details such as marital status, number of children, income sources or special circumstances. That information is processed in memory solely to produce the answer; it is not stored, not written to any log, not passed to any third party, and not used for any other purpose. The server does not read files, conversation memory or any other data from the assistant that calls it.
5. Infrastructure provider
The server is hosted on Vercel, which may retain technical logs (IP address, request time) under its own privacy policy.
6. Your AI assistant
Whatever you write to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not ours.
7. The misim.ai website
The website itself uses analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics), subject to your consent in the cookie banner. These tools do not run on the MCP server.
8. Changes
We will update this page when it changes; the update date appears at the top.
9. The annual-return wizard
The annual-return wizard on this site (/misim/tofes-1301) is not in service at present. When it is enabled, a separate policy will be published for document uploads.
