1. השירות
כלי מידע ציבוריים בנושאי מס ישראלי דרך שרת MCP (mcp.misim.ai). מידע כללי בלבד, אינו ייעוץ מס, אינו תחליף לרו"ח או למייצג.
2. אחריות
המידע נגזר ממקורות רשמיים ומסומן בגרסה ובתאריך אימות; עם זאת ייתכנו שגיאות או שינויי חקיקה. האחריות על כל פעולה מול רשות המסים או ביטוח לאומי היא של המשתמש בלבד.
3. שימוש מותר
שימוש אישי או מקצועי סביר. אין להעמיס על השרת, להנדס לאחור או להציג את הפלט כאילו הוא אישור של רשות.
4. קניין רוחני
הכלים, המבנה והתוכן בבעלות לואוקאונט בע"מ. הנתונים הרשמיים (חוקים, הודעות רשות המסים) הם נחלת הכלל.
5. שינויים והפסקה
אנו רשאים לשנות או להפסיק את השירות בכל עת.
6. דין וסמכות
דיני מדינת ישראל; בתי המשפט במחוז מרכז.

1. The service
Public information tools on Israeli tax, provided through an MCP server (mcp.misim.ai). General information only; it is not tax advice and is not a substitute for a CPA or an authorised tax representative.
2. Liability
The information is derived from official sources and carries a version and a verification date; even so, errors and legislative changes are possible. Responsibility for any action taken before the Tax Authority or the National Insurance Institute rests with the user alone.
3. Permitted use
Reasonable personal or professional use. Do not overload the server, do not reverse engineer it, and do not present its output as though it were an authority's approval.
4. Intellectual property
The tools, their structure and their content are owned by Lawcount Ltd. The official data itself (statutes, Tax Authority notices) is in the public domain.
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel; the courts of the Central District.
